SUMMARY
The Desk Side Support role provides services to meet business needs, ensuring process compliance, improvement, application convergence and continuous communication. This position involves end-user support and the management of group applications for ****Korea Company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- IT Operations: Ensure secure and reliable IT operations to support business needs with adequate protection, business continuity, and risk management.
- User Support: Assist with daily IT operations including onboarding and offboarding.
- Technical Support: Provide support for PCs (Windows/Mac), mobile devices (iOS/Android), various applications and IT equipment 

- Network Support: Handle basic network support including troubleshooting, patch management, supporting network teams.
- MS Platform Support: Offer technical support and training for the MS Platform including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, OneDrive, Teams and Office.
- Hardware/Software Management: Install, upgrade, and replace corporate PCs, network machines, VC equipment and mobile devices according to corporate standards.
- Procedure and Tool Management: Conduct IT tool assessments, training, updating manual and compliance verification.
- Procurement and Asset Management: Support IT procurement and manage IT assets.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with global IT project teams.


REQUIREMENTS
- Education: College degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Communication skill: Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Systems Familiarity: Knowledge of general IT systems.
- Technical Support Experience: Experience in supporting general IT infrastructure 

- ITIL Process Knowledge: Understanding and experience in working with ITIL processes.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Excellent collaboration and communication skills along with good documentation abilities.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English with strong communication skills at all levels including multicultural teams.
- Multitasking and Prioritization: Efficient multitasking and correct prioritization with a willingness and motivation to help others
