▶ 포지션 : Cost Manager 


▶ 업무내용
• Leading or supporting Hyundai-Kia global business opportunities (RFQs, Bidding & Quoting) • Provide support and take commercial lead on costing activities • Developing and maintaining costing database • Ongoing commercial negotiations with customer • Assure proper understanding and tracking of all customer contracts and requirements • Understand, support, track and protect program profitability • Build up and maintain solid relationship with customers (Hyundai-Kia)


▶ 자격요건
• Min. 3 years costing experience for wiring Harness products and its components is mandatory (와이어링 또는 해당 단품의 원가 계산/대응 경력 3년 이상) • Good skill set of Hyundai-Kia quote standard for wiring harness products (와이어링 현대-기아 표준 견적서 작성 능력) • Min. 5 years of tier1 experience with Hyundai and Kia (1차사 경험 5년이상) • Overall 7+ years working experience in Automotive field - ideally Hyundai-Kia knowledge. (Plus GMK/RK) (자동차 산업분야 7년이상) • Bachelors degree (학사 이상 선호) • Min. level of English capability for e-mail communication (최소한의 영어 이메일 소통이 가능한 수준) • Capability on sales planning, data analysis and financial statement as costing manager • Professional, confident, and flexible approach • Ability to work under pressure • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with HMG customer • Ability to travel in Korea and abroad


▶ 우대사항
