Job Overview:
As a Mido Travel Retail Senior Executive, you'll spearhead our sales efforts within the travel retail sector. This role is pivotal in driving sales, managing orders and inventory, and enhancing the operational efficiency of our boutiques in duty-free environments. Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Analyze sales figures and forecast sales to maximize profits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with duty-free operators.
Monitor competitors¡¯ activities and trends, and update information for sharing and benchmarking.
Store Operation
Coordinate store design planning for openings with VMD.
Manage and motivate duty-free store staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
Ensure that store staff are familiar with all local and HQ brand initiatives (new products, best practices, policies, training, etc.).
Handle and support customer complaints.
Consolidate and report all related documents from stores and sales staff (opening & closing, store expenses, staff schedules, incentives, etc.).
Support in-store advertising, promotional activities, cooperative DM, brochures, etc.
Inventory Management
Maintain stock levels and core SKUs for each store through the sell-in process or transfers.
Report defective products to the logistics and customer service teams.
Monitor aging stock in stores and implement clearance plans in collaboration with the brand manager and duty-free buyers.
Analyse sell-in and sell-out data and place orders with HQ.- Consolidate and analyze sell-out inventory data.
Handle all order-related tasks, including ERP (DF order system) and SAP (SGK order system).
Report
Report weekly / monthly / annual sales
Upload sell-out & inventory data on DFB system
Analyse market trend & activities if necessary
Support brand manager to build the yearly target & business plan
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4 years of dutyfree work experience
Relevant global fashion, beauty & lifestyle brand experience preferred
Experience in retail sales preferred
Fluent in English, especially written
Able to use MS office (priority in Excel)
