- Being a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR-related matters
- Providing guidance to the business on organizational and developmental needs
- Manage and execute full employee life-cycle activities including hiring, from sourcing, interviewing, and selection to offering activities, new employee onboarding & probation, performance process, employee discipline, employee communication, employee termination, etc.
- Working across teams to ensure HR objectives are met to execute new initiatives and activities in different HR projects to strengthen Employer Branding in the market attracting talents and cultivate a corporate culture engaging people to grow with our business
- Ensure the HR global standards are fully maintained & developed in all daily activities and operation processes and participate in HR system programs actively
- Act as an internal partner and gatekeeper to area/store managers to resolve people issues, including compliance cases, disciplinary actions, employee conflicts & code of conduct violations.
- Provides performance & talent management guidance to different departments (e.g. counselling, career development, team structure, objectives setting) and supports C&B related issues
- Communicate & administer company MBO system particularly key performance indicators for different positions
- Participate in any ad hoc global or regional HR projects.

- Bachelor's degree or above

- At least 10 years of HR generalist / HRBP experience in a medium-sized company

- Experience dealing with employment issues, including disciplinary procedures, employee communication and performance management, etc.

- Fluent English

- Strong communication & influencing skills and proactive problem solver & methodical and strategic thinker

- Good knowledge of HR-related metrics and leveraging data-driven insights

- Solid track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders.
