Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Drive business growth in South Korea, mainly in the scope of influencer marketing and social commerce.
Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, brands, and marketing agencies to secure new business opportunities.
Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and ensure a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Client Management: Oversee client accounts from negotiation to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in South Korea¡¯s influencer marketing landscape to identify new opportunities and keep the company ahead of the curve.
Campaign Strategy: collaborate with internal teams to tailor influencer campaigns to the local market¡¯s unique preferences and cultural nuances.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within the influencer marketing or digital advertising industry in South Korea.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local influencer landscape, including platforms, key players, and emerging trends.
Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, brands, and agencies.
Sales Expertise: A track record of achieving sales targets, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Communication: Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) is essential, and proficiency in English is a plus
Preferred:
Established relationships with local influencers and marketing agencies.
Experience working in an international marketing environment or with global teams.
