[주요업무] 
1. Mobile App UI/UX Planning and Development : 모바일 앱 UI/UX 기획 및 개발 
- 1.1 Understand and analyze business requirements to develop effective mobile application strategies. 
- 1.2 Create detailed storyboards and process plans for app development. 
- 1.3 Lead design efforts for app interfaces, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience. 
- 1.4 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide consulting about web design elements within the app. 

2. CRM & Data Architect : CRM & Data 설계 및 구성 
- 2.1 Serve as the intelligence lead, analyzing data and results of App performance to support business needs. 
- 2.2 Design and implement data integration solutions to optimize App functionality based on a thought understanding of data flow among internal systems. 

3. Manage or Proceed with Projects regarding IT & Digital Transformation : IT & Digital Transformation  관련 프로젝트 관리 및 수행
- 3.1 Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals. 
- 3.2 Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations.

4. Provide highly qualified resolutions for assigned IT Incidents  할당된 IT 장애에 대해 높은 수준의 해결책 제공
- 4.1 To solve system issues and user requirements 
- 4.2 To improve work efficiency through proposals with technical supports based on IT solutions 

[업무 및 개발 환경]
 
1. Mobile Application(Android, iOS) 개발 및 배포 : Android Studio, Xcode, TestFlight, Firebase,  
2. Web: Spring Framework(Java 17, STS 4, GIT)
3. CRM(Salesforce, Heroku)  
4. RBMS(MSSQL, PostgreSQL) 

[자격요건]

- Over 10 years of IT career 
- Skilled in dealing with System Integration & Operation Issues
- Experience in Mobile App / CRM / Digital Transformation Project
