Business Development Manager |
[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] 1. New Business development - Develop a BD strategy aligned with the growth objectives of Korea and AMAP, and set short-term priorities. - Actively and professionally find, plan, and propose new business opportunities including new product introductions, partnership development, etc. - Undertake extensive research to determine the potential for new business opportunities. - Proactively manage the entire cycle of business development, including arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiation, closing new business for project set-up. - Develop and implement pro-active presentations on the relevant capabilities of Korea branch to target clients and key stakeholders, within targeted healthcare corporates. - Make proposals (presentations, contracts and all other relevant documents) in line with relevant procedures to key decision makers to determine of the new business opportunities. - In conjunction with the relevant service provider, initiate specific business proposals with potential clients and take a lead in negotiations. - Maintain strong consultative relationships with key customers and key stakeholders.
2. Partnership development - Develop and attract alliance partners to collaborate with. - Has a detailed understanding of the contractual obligations, roles and responsibilities of Korea branch and its partners. - Maintain alliance governance via open line of communication with key partners. - Develop network with potential partners through attending national/regional conferences. - Prepare required materials
3. Alliance Management - Develop a detailed understanding of the contractual obligations, roles and responsibilities of Korea branch and its partners. - Understand all periodic reporting requirements within the partnership, ensure that the teams understand their respective obligations. - Maintain an open line of communication to key partners to ensure the timely management of issues. - Ensure that critical issues are identified early and escalated to senior management for discussion and resolution before they become damaging to a partnership. - Schedule and manage routine meetings with partners, Business Units and/or APAC to facilitate cross functional team communication and ensure the efficient. - Ensure new business development opportunities arising from within existing partnerships are identified.

Bachelor¡¯s degree in Business administration or other related fields such as Pharmacy,
Life Sciences/Biotechnology and Chemistry
Master¡¯s degree is preferable. 2. More
than 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry as a business development.
3.
Prior commercial experience (Marketing, Sales & CE) is preferred 4.
Experience & exposure to OTC products is plus. 5.
Strong communication, project management, negotiation skills. 6. Be
