[담당업무] Job Description
• Key Responsibilities: Responsible for providing IP Transit and VPN network product implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Daily duties include service provisioning, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and providing network consultancy and data center operation
• Hand-on experience on IP switch/Router
• Sound knowledge in TCP/IP network and WAN/LAN technologies
• Knowledge and experience in ISIS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS/VPN, Layer2 VPN
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in both written and verbal English
Responsibilities
• Work with engineers in APAC HQ to coordinate and execute daily maintenance work
• Responsible for circuit delivery work (IP/Leased Line, etc). Carrying out testing work with tester in partnership with HQ engineers
• To provide technical support with sales representative at customers' end when required
