Sales Operations

Main Reponsibility / Tasks

1. Sales Controlling:
- Set up annual target process for sales force and make required target adjustments during the year
- Create reports manually through excel or automatically through SAP on daily and monthly basis
- Perform ad hoc analysis on special topics through SAP BW
- Monthly incentive calculation for the sales force
2. Backoffice Management:
- Guide, adjust and improve backoffice processes to meet the demand of our sales and increase productivity of the team
- Support where needed so customer orders can be met in time
3. Customer Management:
- Ensure high customer data quality and that all our customers are optimally consulted through different contact points
4. Pricing Management:
- Keep track of required price increase needs due to increased costs, enforce that set up prices are also charged and manage exceptions through SAP
Secondary Tasks
- Identify best practices from the Würth Group and implement them
- Discussion and exchange of the strategic direction with other team members and constantly strive to improve the status quo

-High Level of Excel Skills (Confident usage of formulas, pivots, filters. Macro knowledge a plus)

-SAP SD Module experience highly favorable

-High passion to improve the customer experience and show results of own actions and ideas

-Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Business or similar area

-Fluent English (e.g., TOEFL: 95/CEFR C1, execute daily work in English and Korean)

-10+ years¡¯ work experience in which you have coped with similar tasks highly favorable
