O Task 1 - Retail Performance Monitoring & Development
- Manage sales, Retail KPIs and BTQ SA¡¯s performance dashboard and periodical report to retail management team
- Set a BTQ performance and KPI target, continuously review and drive performance across sales and retail KPIs by working closely with Retail Area Managers and BTQ management teams
- Design tailored by boutique strategies and action plan based on the performance analysis in both qualitative and quantitative data
- Periodical analysis on Sales Associates¡¯ performance and development in collaboration with other relevant retail teams
- Support BTQ HC planning in terms of BTQ productivity and performance analysis point of view referring to Groom guideline.
- Train boutiques teams on Retail Performance KPI¡¯s understanding and reports usage to build relevant action
- Feedback on reports coming from local and Regional Retail teams as well as local Finance based on the needs and boutiques feedback.

O Task 2- Commissions and Special Incentive Program Management for Boutique Team
- Calculate monthly commission with higher accuracy and special incentive amount for Retail (by SA level) and provide to C&B team
- Propose and manage special incentive program to boost up the specific category of sales or based on the specific needs in collaboration with retail area managers, finance teams and regional retail team.
- Monthly, quarterly, yearly analysis and simulation on the commission scheme¡¯s criteria to make sure the proper compensation level.

O Task 3 – Sales Result Analysis and Sales Forecast
- Based on the sales performance, KPI analysis and market situation, provide 2 times of monthly sales projection
- Lead the process of quarterly/ yearly sales target setting and sales forecast by the necessary analysis and collection of qualitative feedback
- Update the LE & BU retail template (local and regional finance template) and regularly share with the Retail management for decision making
- Analysis on forecast accuracy and target achievement progress in a weekly basis.

- University graduate 

- Experience: at least 8-10 years of experience in luxury retail or equivalent

- Excellent analytical skill in both quantitative and qualitative data

- Strong strategical and performance-driven mind-set with good understanding in Luxury or Retail industry 

- Excellent interpersonal communication skill in both Korea and English

- Proficiency with MS office software incl. Excel and PowerPoint and other retail program incl. SAP
