As a Senior Product Owner for Market Success at /// adidas /// you are responsible for the adoption and enablement of digital product capabilities in our markets to maximize the value for the consumer. In collaboration with other departments, you work on continuously improving and evolving the product and ensuring maximized value and user experience in alignment with our company targets.
Partnering with Tech, managing enablement of capabilities and consulting of new functionalities & best practices are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role. Additionally, you will be cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including Markets and other Digital areas to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues out of delivering digital experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Product strategy & delivery
- Accountable for setting up goals and measuring outcomes and value delivered at product(s) level overall in line with company targets.
- Contribute to create vision, strategy, long-term plan, and roadmap for the product(s), in line with company vision and strategy.
- Contribute to Improve ways of working within the product(s) and with stakeholders to enhance release capacity and user experience quality.
- Ensure complex issues resolution, addressing topics, dependencies, and risks with the relevant stakeholders.
- Drive product delivery as per committed milestones.
- Stakeholder management
- Drive product(s) stakeholders' engagement and management.
- Act as the ambassador for your area of responsibility, showcasing the products and capabilities to markets and other strategic stakeholders.
- Product enablement & adoption
- Accountable for successful enablement, adoption, and continuous improvement of your product(s)
- Accountable for adoption KPI Tracking
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of product and process documentation for areas impacted by your product(s).
- Backlog Management - if applicable
- Drive creation and refinement of actionable backlog items collaboratively with stakeholders and the dev team, in alignment with product objectives.
- Prioritize product backlog items in coordination with the Product team.
- Define and create functional requirements, ensuring well defined UI/UX, acceptance criteria and quality, adhering to the Definition of Ready.
- Product discovery & insights
- Analyze and monitor Product(s) KPIs and Milestones and create an action plan accordingly.
- Create Business Case for strategic business opportunities and investment at product(s) level.
- Contribute to the strategic investigations and research to drive product(s) Innovation and identify strategic investment opportunities within the product(s)
- Drive best practices, reusability, and optimization of product capabilities.
- Contribute to the user journey design and insights gathering for the product(s)

- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Education & Experience
- Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7+ years of experience working ideally in a Digital/eCommerce/Sales, or IT environment.
- 2+ years of experience in product management role, working in an agile/SCRUM mode.
- Nice to have experience in leading a team, including a passion for leading and developing people.
