1. Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

As a Senior Product Owner for Market Success at /// adidas /// you are responsible for the adoption and enablement of digital product capabilities in our markets to maximize the value for the consumer. In collaboration with other departments, you work on continuously improving and evolving the product and ensuring maximized value and user experience in alignment with our company targets.

 

Partnering with Tech, managing enablement of capabilities and consulting of new functionalities & best practices are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role. Additionally, you will be cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including Markets and other Digital areas to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues out of delivering digital experiences.

    • Accountable for setting up goals and measuring outcomes and value delivered at product(s) level overall in line with company targets.
    • Contribute to create vision, strategy, long-term plan, and roadmap for the product(s), in line with company vision and strategy.
    • Contribute to Improve ways of working within the product(s) and with stakeholders to enhance release capacity and user experience quality.
    • Ensure complex issues resolution, addressing topics, dependencies, and risks with the relevant stakeholders.
    • Drive product delivery as per committed milestones.
