Vehicle Allocation & Wholesale Process

  • List up final arrival vehicle information and announce to dealers and internally.
  • Allocating vehicles by model/color/trim mix based on dealer¡¯s allocation request considering contract, dealer sales target, dealer stock and sales trend.
  • Edit and remix vehicles allocation status when dealer request contract changes or to meet sale target.
  • List up demo price list, demo request, wholesale vehicle list for price setting.
  • List up and request customs clearance to customs broker considering homologation completion status.
  • Wholesale to dealers when allocated vehicles are planned to delivery to customers.
  • Reporting monthly wholesale list, Month-end NSC stock list, monthly not-wholesaleable stock list.


Managing & Controlling logistical chain

  • Securing best vehicle quality of in-land/out-bound logistics via operational management of RORO company, carriers, customs, PDI and transportation agency in both process and cost.
  • Excute action in SAP and DMS in accordance with vehicle flows (arrival, customs, wholesale).
  • Raise ticket and follow up when SAP has errors with vehicle flows.
  • Supporting other department to meet the delivery request for the vehicles.
  • Special utility vehicle managing (PER/COP testing) for homologation.
  • Reporting related Monthly SCM lead-time, SCM cost with IAP.


Dealer communication

  • Placing and editing Daily PDI request by dealers considering PDI capacity. (Daily)
  • Decide deliver volume for next day after confirming capital payment status (Daily)
  • Parts issue vehicles status update to dealers (Weekly)
  • Check dealer AR status and dealer credit limit (Weekly, Monthly)
  • Setting and managing basic information for vehicles.
  • Provide guide for DMS and help to utilize.


Reporting and the others

  • Support tax audit and internal audit.
  • Support to report related SCM (WSR, Aging report, Month-end inventory report), weekly sales call with IAP.
  • Support RBR and other related meeting documents.
