The Business Development role in the AI Bio Platform focuses on identifying new business opportunities within the AI-driven biotech space. 
The primary responsibility is to leverage a robust network in the pharma industry to understand the latest trends and uncover what big pharma and global biotech companies are seeking. 
Based on these insights, the role involves collaborating closely with internal platform development teams to select and prioritize the most promising tasks, transforming them into commercially viable platforms. 
This position requires navigating both business and technical domains, finding strategic intersections between the two. 
The role involves developing small-scale task execution modules and progressively refining them to meet partner needs, ultimately playing a key role in driving global partnerships and deals by ensuring the platform is aligned with market demands.

• Education: PhD from a top-tier school in pharmaceutical or biotechnology-related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.

• Market Insight & Technical Bridge: Proven ability to understand rapidly changing market needs and act as a bridge between technical teams and business objectives.

• Global Network: Extensive professional network within the global pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing cross- functional teams across different domains and fostering collaboration.

• AI: Ability to quickly learn AI concepts and connect them to relevant domains.

• Other skills: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a focus on innovation and adaptability.

• English Proficiency: Fluent, native-level English communication skills.

• Track Record: A proven track record of successfully identifying and creating new business opportunities in AI-based drug discovery is a strong advantage.
