[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Focuses on identifying new business opportunities within the AI-driven biotech space
- Leverage a robust network in the pharma industry to understand the latest trends and uncover what big pharma and global biotech companies are seeking
- Collaborate with platform teams to prioritize tasks and turn them into market-ready platforms
- Navigate both business and technical domains, finding strategic intersections between the two
- Develop small-scale task execution modules and progressively refining them to meet partner needs, ultimately playing a key role in driving global partnerships and deals by ensuring the platform is aligned with market demands
[REQUIREMENT]
- PhD from a top-tier school in pharmaceutical or biotechnology-related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
- Market Insight & Technical Bridge: Proven ability to understand rapidly changing market needs and act as a bridge between technical teams and business objectives
- Extensive professional network within the global pharmaceutical and biotech industries
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing cross functional teams across different domains and fostering collaboration.
- AI: Ability to quickly learn AI concepts and connect them to relevant domains
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a focus on innovation and adaptability
- Fluent, native-level English communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and creating new business opportunities in AI-based drug discovery is a strong advantage
