- Task to accelerate the sales growth of Pharma & Nutra business in Korea and Japan through in-depth understanding of the market, building relationship and understanding the unmet needs of the customers
- Identify and develop potential customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrate value selling.
- Closely collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Operations group) to provide products and services that meet customer needs.
Provide competitor and market trends analysis, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase market share.

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

-Above Bachelor¡¯s degree major in a biology or chemistry-related field(preferred)
-10+ years of sales experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical field
- Good data analysis and business planning skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills to take care of scientific discussion with customers.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
- Experience with MS Dynamics CRM is plus.
