Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to understand market needs and define an
outstanding product and proposition.
Collaborate with external agencies to devise and execute marketing strategies for brand
introduction and positioning.
Coordinate with development and legal teams to ensure product completeness,
suitability, and compliance.
Work with the Performance Marketing team to set budgets and objectives.
Analyze business and marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and provide
actionable reports for improvement.
Partner with the development team to create a product development roadmap that
exceeds market expectations.
Ensure compliance with licensing objectives in close coordination with legal,
compliance, and operations teams.
Take full responsibility for the market's profit and loss (P&L), achieving results within
established budgets and targets.
Collaborate with operational teams to support the country market and enhance
efficiency.
Plan, negotiate, and oversee media buying, SEO, and all other traffic sources.
Position Requirements:
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing businesses in new
markets within the iGaming industry for at least 3 years
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks and their practical applications.
Expertise in Korea market research and developing compelling product offerings.
Experience collaborating with external agencies on marketing strategy and brand
positioning.
Understanding of product development, compliance, and market expectations.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for
improvement.
Experience in CRM and customer retention planning.
Proven P&L management and budget achievement.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving market.
