Job Responsibilities:
¡Ü Market Entry and Strategy Execution: Develop and execute market entry strategies
for our products in Korea. Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends,
competitor analysis, and market opportunities.
¡Ü Partnership and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships
with key industry players, including exchanges, gaming partners, influencers, and
community leaders. Identify potential partnerships to support our expansion and drive
user acquisition.
¡Ü Sales and Growth Targets: Develop and manage a sales pipeline, focusing on revenue
growth and market penetration. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business
development targets
.¡Ü Marketing and Community Engagement: Work closely with the marketing team to
create localized campaigns and content that resonate with the Korean gaming
community. Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and in online communities to
drive engagement and brand awareness.
¡Ü Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, and support
teams to ensure a seamless user experience for Korean customers. Provide feedback
on product localization and ensure that offerings align with market expectations.
Position Requirements:
¡Ü Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, preferably within the gaming,
blockchain, or tech industries.
¡Ü Strong understanding of the Korean gaming and crypto landscape.
¡Ü Proven ability to build partnerships and manage client relationships.
¡Ü Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
¡Ü Experience with digital marketing and community engagement strategies is a plus.
¡Ü Fluent in Korean and English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
