1. Plan sales and annual forecast of assigned brands
2. Develop product strategy and manage proper implementation with relevant team to achieve the target
3. Analyze market trend and take proactive reaction as necessary
4. Raise brand value by brand management and product life cycle management
5. Execute integrated marketing activities from concept development, product launching and communication (e.g. digital marketing, viral marketing, etc)
6. Conduct various consumer research to understand market competition and consumer behaviors, and develop action plan accordingly
7. Prepare promotional and training materials
8. Expand portfolio synergies and establish a foundation for future growth through line extension development and additional business case initiatives
9. Drive revenue management through strong alliance partner relationships and collaboration
10. Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the market
11. Manage various sales channels by proper strategic direction (e.g. ecommerce, drugstore-Olive Young, home-shopping, etc.)

1. Bachelor¡¯s degree in Business administration or related fields. 

2. OTC or Health care product marketing experience is a plus

3. Experience in managing various marketing agencies

4. English and Korean proficiency

5. Experience in managing P&L

6. Be aware of the latest trends in retail/health care market

7. Channel management experience (e.g. e-commerce channels, drugstores, home-shopping, etc.)

8. Total job experience is required to align with manager position (total around or over 10 years)
