What you will do• Product Planning o BSS/OSS Requirements Analysis and Definition - Gather and define functional requirements from internal stakeholders, such as the UCaaS PM, sales, and operations/support teams. - Define features for the BSS/OSS system, including usage-based pricing models, business support (demo, trial, test), and sales models. • User Flow and UI Design o Design menu hierarchies and essential features for customers and internal users interacting with the billing system. • Rate Structure Design and Scenario Definition o Analyze UCaaS service offerings and sales structures to create rate plans and define settlement scenarios. • Process Automation Requirements o Identify and specify development requirements to automate billing and operational processes. • System Integration o Plan integration with third-party billing systems and backend platforms such as SAP and CRM. • Statistics and Reporting Function Design o Design statistical and reporting functionalities to support business analysis. • Documentation and User Manual Creation o Prepare requirement documents, user manuals, and technical specifications. • New Product Introduction Management o Project Schedule Management and Collaboration - Oversee project timelines and coordinate efforts with developers. • Knowledge Sharing and Presentation o Share knowledge and deliver presentations on the solution for internal and external stakeholders. • Development Roadmap o Market Trends and Roadmap Definition - Incorporate market insights and trends to define the development roadmap and outline growth directions for the billing solution.
You will bring• Experience and understanding of BSS/OSS solutions for telecommunications or web services. • Ability to write solution development requirements and effectively communicate them to developers. • Proficiency in feature prioritization and roadmap planning. • General technical knowledge of BSS/OSS concepts and structures. • Strong English writing and speaking skills. • Effective meeting design and facilitation capabilities. • Presentation skills to effectively deliver key messages.
