CRM Analytics Manager Â÷ºÎÀå ( 1¸í )

CRM Analytics Manager will analyze client data and client omnichannel journeys to drive and inform client development strategies and tactics in Korea.  

-       Client Analysis & Insights

-       Data Tracking, Measurement & Reporting

-       Database Management


ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç

-  10-15 years of experience in client analytics or related fields  

-  5+ years` experience in data analysis and/or database management/implementation work.

-  Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery, ability to query large databases and write SQL queries (mandatory)

 Experience running analysis using Power BI (mandatory)

-  Experience in running integrated analysis including Google Analytics and Salesforce platform (analytics and admin) or similar tools preferred  

 Experience or exposure with advanced analytics tools (e.g. Dataiku) preferred
