Lunit Cancer Screening Group의 Program Management Office (PMO) 팀은 Product Management 부서 내에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행하는 조직입니다. 우리 팀은 다양한 다기능 조직과 긴밀히 협력하여 혁신적인 의료기기 제품의 성공적인 개발과 제공을 위하여 헌신하고 있습니다.

프로그램 매니저는 전략적인 관점에서 Lunit 내 프로젝트를 감독하고 조율하여 조직의 목표를 달성을 위한 책임을 가지게 됩니다. Cross Functional팀을 이끌고 프로젝트 일정과 자원 배분을 최적화하며, 의료기기 제품이 안전하게 개발되고 고객에게 효과적으로 제공될 수 있도록 보장하는 역할을 맡게 됩니다.

The Program Management Office (PMO) team at Lunit Cancer Screening Group is a central hub within the Product Management department. Our mission is to drive strategic objectives and deliver exceptional medical device products by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing a portfolio of related projects.

As a Program Manager, you will oversee and coordinate multiple interrelated projects from a strategic perspective to achieve our organization’s goals. You will work collaboratively with various departments, manage project timelines, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the safe and effective delivery of medical devices to our customers.

• Program Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to mitigate potential issues.
• Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Resource Management: Support optimal allocation of resources across projects and programs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects within the program meet established quality standards and best practices.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products adhere to relevant industry regulations and standards.

🎯 Minimum Qualifications

• 5년 이상의 의료기기 산업 관련 경험을 보유하신 분
• 2년 이상의 의료기기 개발 프로젝트 관리 경험을 보유하신 분
• 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량을 갖추신 분
• 뛰어난 조직 능력 및 의사 소통 능력, 합리적 의사결정 능력을 갖추신 분
• 담당 프로젝트/프로그램에 대한 높은 책임감을 가지신 분
• 의료기기 개발 생애 주기 경험이 있으신 분
• Minimum of 5 years in the medical device industry, with at least 2 years of experience managing medical device development projects
• Proficiency in business-level English, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and strong decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and programs with a high level of accountability.
• Experience in the full SaMD (Software as a medical device) or Medical Device development lifecycle.
