🚩 Roles & Responsibilities
- Downstream Marketing - oversee the complete spectrum of marketing strategies - the 4Ps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, encompassing sales, strategic marketing, and marketing communications, to ensure unified objectives. Moreover, this role will spearhead commercial product launch excellence and engage in compelling promotional activities, such as content marketing and tailored segment campaigns.
- Product Leadership and Representation:
- Act as the internal Product Leader of the regional business team, representing the Voice of the Customer and Business Interests.
- Work with key internal stakeholders (product managers, operations, regulatory, finance, sales, customer success) to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans.
- Work with regional business leaders to formulate business models that are well-aligned with the unique needs and preferences of the region.
- Create and refine essential sales collateral, including product presentation decks and matrices, to cater to the specific needs and preferences of the regional market.
- Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Conduct in-depth market segmentation analysis focused on the nuances of the regional market.
- Digest product-related clinical papers and establish the product value proposition tailored to the specific region.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that are finely tuned to resonate with the target audience in the region, with a specific focus on promoting INSIGHT products within that market.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate key product performance metrics, ensuring that marketing efforts are effectively meeting the demands and expectations of the regional market.
- Promotion
- Planning and implementing global targeted promotion activities in APAC region, as well as developing initiatives targeting specific groups to enhance product promotion and sales leads generation (ex. events, advertising, and digital campaigns)
- Developing and executing promotion activities and initiatives with Lunit¡¯s global partners in the APAC Region
- Creating localized content regularly such as conference invites, product one-pagers, brochure, and also building a library of digital user case testimonials.
