Job Description

Onsite - This Position requires an employee be onsite an average of three 3 days each week.

The Role -

Special Investigations will perform investigations of alleged violations of law and/or GM policy (e.g., fraud, IP theft, embezzlement, conflicts of interest, collusion, kickbacks, bribery, FCPA violations and records falsification) or other projects at the request of management.

As a member of the GM Legal Staff, Manager, Special Investigations, will strive to be a role model for the Company by delivering high performance investigative findings with high integrity. The GM Legal Staff¡¯s objectives are to deliver timely, best-in-class business advisory and legal services in close collaboration with business partners to accomplish their objectives while simultaneously protecting GM¡¯s high standards of legal, ethical, and financial integrity.
