You will support the maintenance strategy of production facilities in Air Liquide Advanced Materials (ALAM) based in the SJ plant. You will have a strong reliability focus and develop engineering solutions to decrease reactive maintenance and increase planned preventative maintenance.
Maintenance and improvement work in the process and utility machinery field
Preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance schedule and plan establishment
Implement engineering solutions.
Conduct RCA’s and FMEA’s and support PSM
Manage improvement projects
Perform Life Cycle Analysis
Implement Predictive Maintenance systems and support maintenance minimization efforts
Review and modify plans, procedure, material usage as needed
Develop reporting of maintenance activity, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics.
Manage CAPEX & OPEX budgets
Ensure compliance with HSES and Regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 5 years of Industrial Maintenance or Reliability experience in batch gas or chemical, heavy or high speed manufacturing industries.
Language: Fluent in Korean / Business Level in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic functions of production and HVAC equipment.
Ability to establish and manage relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong experience with CMMS (SAP, Maximo, eMaint, etc.).
Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and Google Workspace.
Proficient in reading and understanding piping and instrumentation diagrams, technical documentation, and engineering bills of materials (EBOMS)
Able to develop standard project management documentation (Gantt charts, charters, etc.)
Good understanding of PLC’s, Instrumentation, and electrical equipment
Good written and verbal communication
Problem-solving skills and Teamworks skills
TPM/RCM experience preferred.
5 years of Mechanical maintenance experience
Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification or equivalent knowledge
5S and Lean Manufacturing experience
