Role & Responsibilities:

• Campaign VM Planning

- VM directive for Originals In-line, Statement & Kids Campaigns

- Manage sell-in room Mannequin setups for Originals and Kids categories

- Ensure campaign-aligned door list accuracy for optimal campaign rollout.

- Facilitate communication with external agencies to conceptualize and ISC display materials to meet the standards of the brand.

 

• Retail Marketing Activations

- Campaign Communication Visual Tools Plan & Execution (Window, In-store communication tools)

- Support for Retail Marketing activations

 

• Channel Support

- Provide marketing support for Mono-brand and Wholesale (WHS) channel needs, addressing demands effectively. (e.g: Create Campaign Branding VP zone, Commercial driven Sales promotion)

 

• Industry Insights

- Stay updated on the latest retail marketing trends and best practices to drive innovative strategies.

 

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Art, Marketing major, or related fields preferred

- Work experience: +2 years of experience in VM & Retail marketing related fields

- Language skills: Proficiency in English and Korean (both written and spoken) is required.

Graphic software skills: Photoshop is essential. (Proficiency in Illustrator, In-design or Sketch-up is a plus)

- Window & ISC tool development with the basic understanding of VM and consumer-centric approach

- Strong communication, Presentation, and Collaboration skills

- Punctuality/ Positive mindset

- Quick learner (Open to feedback from colleagues and managers)
