As a Sales & Marketing (Korea & Japan) at Outokumpu, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our advanced materials (AM) products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote the features and benefits of the company’s products and services to external customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints & comprehensive inside sales support to sales team
• Maintain information in the CRM system and support the digitalization process.
• Utilize strong data analytical skills to gather market intelligence.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to achieve common key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage conflicts within the business.
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales systems (e.g., SAP/CRM).
What You’ll Bring:
• Education: A strong educational background in a marketing, business and Economics or metallurgy, metal engineering(Graduate university/college)
• Experience: Proven experience in business development or market intelligence. Furthermore, capabilities and willingness to work with
-Minimum of 2 years (incl. Internship period, working experience, over 3 years preferred)
• Requirements: Highly analytical and structured, with a proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work as part of a team with all levels of personnel, highly motivated to learn new skills and take on new challenges, well organized, with the ability to plan and prioritize accordingly
-Competent in computer usage (incl. good knowledge of MS office package)
• Language Skills: Good Korean & English in oral and written, Knowing of Japanese is a plus
