Main tasks/responsibilities
• In the fast-paced, global and complex Electronics Supply Market:
- You will be a key interface between suppliers and regional plants, following-up components’ shortages and driving risk mitigation plans in collaboration with global taskforce team.
- You will collaborate with other functions to identify opportunities to optimize Supply Chains (Localization, Direct Sourcing, etc.)
- You will be involved in the development of Sourcing Strategies by performing market analysis and working with Business Intelligence Tools
• In your role as regional Program Buyer involved in the development of innovations, you will lead and be responsible for all Purchasing related activities, including but not limited to:
- Organize and drive recurrent commercial meetings with suppliers to secure their understanding of Volvo CE requirements in terms of Quality, Operations, Logistics, etc.
- Follow-up design changes (ECN) during the Project, and negotiate with suppliers potential deviations in terms of QDCF
- In coordination with SDE, secure suppliers’ readiness towards a mature industrialization (PAP, APQP)
- Give inputs and support Commodity Managers in the preparation of annual Business Review Meetings (Supplier Performance in Project Phase)
- Collaborate with Buyers in the regions and gather all Product Platforms’ needs in terms of prototypes, and support or be ready to place corresponding Purchase Orders for all sites where the New Product is introduced
- In some cases, responsible for launching RFQ’s in collaboration with Commodity Managers

경력사항: 경력(1년 이상 3년 이하)
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업 이상
기타: 

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar. 

• Junior profiles with 1-3 years’ experience in purchasing area in relevant industry. 

• high degree of technical knowledge and ideally a working experience dealing with Electronics products. 

• Understanding the technologies and corresponding market dynamics is a great advantage. 

• Strong collaborating skills 

• Fluent in English verbal and written communication.
