¢Ã Job description:
As part of the establishment of the Procurement Operations team, a role of Supply Chain & Quality Manager
for suppliers programs. You will be attached to the Supplier Development & Transformation Projects (ZPOL) team.

¢Ã Tasks and responsibilities:
For your supplier portfolio, your role will cover the following aspects:
¡¤ Evaluate suppliers during the tender phase and contribute to the selection decision
¡¤ Manage/contribute to Supply Chain and Quality aspects of the contract
¡¤ Manage supplier quality approval to ensure compliance with required certifications in coordination with
relevant stakeholders
¡¤ Be responsible for performance in terms of time and quality (and cost, if applicable)
¡¤ Report on the operational performance of suppliers
¡¤ If necessary, initiate and monitor recovery plans with suppliers

¡¤ Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects
¡¤ Identify the industrial risks of suppliers and propose mitigation actions
¡¤ Assess the capacity, capability and performance of suppliers and contribute to their development
¡¤ Monitor or support the introduction of new products, transfers of work (ToW) and changes, in order to
ensure the maturity of the industrial qualification before the serial phase
Business trips are to be expected several times a month, therefore, you must be willing to travel accordingly.

¢Ã Required profile:
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
¡¤ Engineer or graduate of higher education master`s degree
¡¤ At least 5 years of experience in the Airline-related industry and/or supplier performance management.
Soft skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Leadership: ability to influence, assert onesefl, challenge the status quo at all hierarchical levels of
a supplier`s management.
- Autonomy, sense of organization and capacity for synthesis.
- Customer orientation.

Fluent English
