Job Title: Media & Digital Specialist – 3CE MKT, Consumer Products Division

Your future team plays a vital role in building, managing and developing long-term e-commerce relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand¡¯s online presence.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Support, plan and execute Integrated Marketing Communication strategy for 3CE to maximize brand exposure in all channels including all paid, earned, shared and owned media and all other consumer facing media platforms.

 

  1. Strategic Media Campaign Development
    • Develop strategic media campaigns that correlate to the overall business growth goal.
    • Develop media strategy and planning development and implementation for new launching & always-on campaigns to maximize brand/products awareness and drive conversions.
    • Create and share media calendar for all internal/external activations.
    • In accordance with the brand¡¯s image, select the best platforms to raise brand¡¯s presence on digital/social media.
  2. Media Analysis and Optimization
    • Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS etc.) and make data-driven decisions as needed to achieve desired target KPIs.
    • Ensure cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations.
    • Monitor digital campaign performance and generate monthly report with key learnings.
    • Actively suggest new media platform and ad solution trials.
  3. Collaboration & Agency Management
    • Partner with corporate media team to maximize media performance opportunities.
    • Partner with local media agency to develop and execute owned media platform strategy.
    • Create, develop and manage contents for media campaign activities & brand online presence.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education : University graduate 
  • Years of experience : 4-6 years¡¯ experience
  • Specific Career Experience : At least 2-3 years¡¯ experience in the beauty industry with digital media experience
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other Skills : Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
