Order transition
- Receive the order summary with necessary documentation from Sales.
- Transfer the order documents to Order handling team under F&A (for simple quote & for complex order, submit order summary & customer contract)
- Place order to Factory after hand over from Sales (CAS/CRMoD)
Project management
- Confirm the delivery schedule and the scope of supply based on the contract with customer and OA provided by BU or Factory
- Review the customer specification and communicate with Project team in factory
- Kick off meeting participation together with each segment (Sales, BU & Factory)
- Customer comment/deviation follow up on the VP documents & the scope of supply.
- Customer negotiation and solution development for deviation/issues during project execution stage (if necessary, engage Sales)
- PIM (Pre inspection meeting) participation and support Project team in factory
- Customer inspection at factory coordination (joint visit to factory if necessary)
- Communication with Sales, BU, CS and Factory if any deviation from the contract or any issues arise
- Follow up the required certificate to each contract and prepare in time.
- Communicate with order handling team and Project team in factory to secure the invoicing process and payment settlement in time.

Qualification & Experience
- +3 years of working experience as project engineer
- University degree of Machical, Chemical engineering or similar
- English skill in spoken & written
- Preferable working experience with EPCs or International projects.
