    • Support the recruitment process

    • Support the onboarding and resignation process

    • Processing leavers, joiners, and any employment changes 

    • Operate and manage HR Benefits 

    • Support HR priority projects  and conduct HR reports and payroll management

    • HR related vendor management including invoice processing, contract

    • Assist with the operation of HR campaign, company activities, and events


<ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç>

 Bachelor or equivalent,

 Around 2-3 years¡¯ experience in HR fields or equivalent,

 Experience in multinational companies required, retail & FMCG industry preferred,

 Strong ability to identify and resolve issues required,

 Experience and knowledge of HR regulation and labor law required,

 Sound knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, and compensation & benefit
