RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the Country P&S leadership team to deliver critical business imperatives. 
• Lead the Country P&S team, overseeing HSE, quality, planning, logistics, import and customs, customer service, CP FPP, seeds operations (if applicable), and procurement.
• Ensure coherence between country and functional-based plans and activities. This role reports to the Country Head (solid line) and the Head of Regional Supply Operations (dotted line).
• As a key member of the Country Leadership Team and capability owner for P&S in-country, design, contribute to, and drive the Country strategic agenda.
• Deliver key financial and operational targets, transforming business operations and building capabilities fit for the future.
• Responsible to continuously improve processes to respond to a dynamic environment.
•  Act as an equal business partner to the Country Commercial teams, ensuring effective integration of Regional P&S activities into the delivery of commercial strategies within the country.
• Serve as the primary voice of the country and customer to the wider P&S Function.
• Build and enhance P&S capabilities within the country, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
