Development and management of Own Retail to a sustainable and profitable sales channel following global guidelines and premium retail approach Responsibility for excellent customer experience and best brand appearance in Own Retail stores (Department Stores,Outlets and Employee sales )

▪ Responsibility for sustainable Retail-KPI and net sales growth inline / above target
 ▪ Development and implementation of local Own Retail strategies and directions aligned with company and global Own Retail strategy/guidelines 
▪ Management of Own Retail stores based on Retail arithmetic and continuous improvement of KPIs
▪ Ownership for continuous improvement on a regularly basis according to defined standards and global guidelines, implement best practices 
▪ Responsibility for store designs and layouts of Own Retail according to global OR guidelines
 ▪ Assessment of Own Retail locations and review of store network based on Own Retail location criteria ▪ Implementation of activation modules distributed by global Own Retail team 
▪ Support of event activities to maximize the outputs from consumer and retailer events
 ▪ Accountability for implementation and maintenance of excellent operational standards in stores based on global guidelines 
▪ Collaboration with the local Marketing Departments, Commercial team. 
▪ People Management and coaching and training for shopfloor sales staff


▪ University Degree in business administration / MBA preferred 
▪ Compulsory of 3-5y experience in direct retail operation or related experience 
▪ Over 10 years total experience in sales or trade marketing in a leading premium/prestige/luxury brand company 
▪ High business acumen&commercial , customer first mindset 
▪ Required Commercial impact analysis skill and Geographic decision making competences 
▪ Familiar with CRM and fully understood consumer behavior and shopping insights 
▪ Performance / results driven attitude, open to change and act as advocate for the ¡®new¡¯, creative and collaborative mindset 
▪ Strong analytical and digital skills combined with structural thinking competences 
▪ Good ability to build relationships with business partners and colleagues 
▪ Excellent written and oral communication in Eng
