- IT Technician (¿µ¾î °¡´ÉÀÚ) (»ç¿ø~°úÀå±Þ)


¢Â ´ã´ç¾÷¹«

 Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of an organization`s technology infrastructure. This involves providing technical support to users, 

 maintaining hardware and  software systems, and ensuring the overall functionality and security of IT assets. IT technicians play a critical role in enabling organizations

 to effectively use technology to meet their business  objectives.


¢º ¾÷¹«³»¿ë

- Work closely with IT manager to manage school IT infrastructure including Servers, Networks, Active Directory, Azure etc.

- Manage IT projects assigned by IT manager.

- Maintain and troubleshoot any issues with the IT infrastructure.

- Escalate IT Helpdesk ticket and work with IT helpdesk coordinator to solve the problem.

- Perform system maintenance jobs regular basis.


¢Â ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç

- University degree, major in Computer Science or related fields

- A minimum of 3 years in IT support or a technical role.

- Preferred certifications include Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), or Cisco (CCNA).

- Good verbal and written English and Korea.

- Knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting tools.

- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies HCI, Hypervisor

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- D365 and Power BI experience is highly preferred
