Job Description

Being a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR related matters
Providing guidance to the business on organizational and developmental needs
Manage and execute full employee life-cycle activities including hiring, from sourcing, interviewing.
and selection to offering activities, new employee onboarding & probation, performance process, employee discipline, employee communication, employee termination, etc.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above
At least 10 years of HR generalist / HRBP experience in a medium-sized company
Experience dealing with employment issues, including disciplinary procedures, employee communication and performance management, etc.
Fluent English
Strong, communication & influencing skills and proactive problem solver & methodical and strategic thinker
Good knowledge of HR-related metrics and leveraging data-driven insights
Solid track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders
