2. Technical assistance to authroized repairer including VPC Provide repairer with technical assistance for the incidents unresolving by the repairer through remote or onsite work.
3. Monitoring repair quality of authroized repairer & organization of technical meeting Management of repair quality via dedicated application against the repairer and regulary organize the technical exchange meeting to share the incidents experienced with each dealers
4. Communication with technical platform Follow up the technical assistance ticket created by repairer and help them to get the soltuon through communication with technical platform
5. Investigation of technical incidents consisting of major failures Investigate the technical incidents consisting of fire, unwanted acceleration, case requested by authority. Additionally partcipate in arbitration committee managed by authority to support the CR cases
