  • Managing key aftersales activities and 12-month team schedule
  • Designing major service program policies and promotion campaigns
  • Planning dealer events, conference, workshop etc.
  • Managing overall aftersales performance data repository for JEEP & PEUGEOT
  • Managing policy and sales for spare parts circular economy & IAM
  • Aftersales annual budget planning and management
  • Accessory & New Business Development


Aftersales Marketing

  • Analyzing trend and status of wholesale & retail sales, retention throughout and car parc
  • Planning operation of seasonal service campaign and other service promotions
  • Planning service contract items including extended warranty, free maintenance items, service package items etc.
  • Managing Workshop Digitalization including service POSM and instruction/information materials
  • Managing accessory & merchandise item collections for JEEP and PEUGEOT
