[담당업무]

[Financial Strategy Mgmt.]
- Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead annual budgeting processes and drive long-term financial planning initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance to enhance both profitability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights supporting strategic decision-making.
- Present financial results and forecasts to senior management and the board of directors in a comprehensive manner.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to support operations and strategic goals.
- Optimize working capital and financing arrangements for improved financial efficiency.
- Cultivate relationships with financial stakeholders and institutions.

[Risk and Organization Mgmt.]
- Formulate and execute strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Supervise internal controls and auditing procedures to protect assets and uphold financial transparency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory shifts affecting financial activities.
- Work closely with senior management to craft and implement strategic plans for organizational expansion.
- Offer financial expertise in support of mergers, acquisitions, and other key strategic endeavors.
- Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the finance team through mentorship and guidance.

[HR & Admin Mgmt.]
- Oversee and guide the talent pool to align with strategic goals through refined recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies.
- Spearhead the establishment of frameworks for performance evaluation and improvement, fostering sustained productivity growth and operational excellence.
- Drive organizational adaptability and resilience through strategic planning, change management, and effective succession planning.

- Exceptional communication and presentation proficiencies, facilitating the clear and succinct articulation of intricate financial principles.

- Demonstrated strong technical writing skills in both Korean and English.
