5. ±Ù¹«Áö : ¼¿ï °³²
[Job Description]
-Job Purpose:
Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of an organization's technology infrastructure.
This involves providing technical support to users, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the overall functionality and security of IT assets.
IT technicians play a critical role in enabling organizations to effectively use technology to meet their business objectives.
-Main Task:
1.Work closely with IT manager to manage school IT infrastructure including Servers, Networks, Active Directory, Azure etc.
2.Manage IT projects assigned by IT manager.
3.Maintain and troubleshoot any issues with the IT infrastructure.
4.Escalate IT Helpdesk ticket and work with IT helpdesk coordinator to solve the problem.
5.Perform system maintenance jobs regular basis.
[Job Requirements]
-Experience and qualifications required:
1.A minimum of 3 years in IT support or a technical role.
2.Preferred certifications include Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), or Cisco (CCNA).
3.Good verbal and written English and Korea.
-Required academic background, knowledge and skills:
University degree, major in Computer Science or related fields
-Technical Skills
1.Knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting tools.
2.Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure
3.Familiarity with virtualization technologies HCI, Hypervisor
4.Cisco Server, Network equipment experience preferred
Soft Skills
1.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
