Job Summary:
The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence, drive customer engagement and manage marketing team to achieve the brand building and development. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive online engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to ensure alignment of brand messaging with product launches and promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
1. Brand Strategy Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to strengthen market position and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and insights to shape the brand narrative.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints globally and regionally.
2. Digital Marketing Leadership
- Integrate digital marketing strategies into overall brand plans, ensuring a cohesive online presence.
- Oversee SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing efforts to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with digital teams to implement innovative campaigns leveraging analytics, AI tools, and automation.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital campaigns using KPIs and metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
3. Campaign Leadership
- Lead the creation, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
4. Marketing Function Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of brand and digital marketers to achieve strategic objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
- Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, sales, and operations.
5. Brand Performance Management
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of branding and digital initiatives.
- Analyze data and deliver actionable insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Ensure all brand and digital marketing activities align with organizational goals and contribute to revenue growth.
6. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align brand strategies with overall business objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador to communicate vision, values, and strategic importance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales and SCM operation team to deliver the marketing objectives
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of branding, digital, and trade initiatives with partners and agencies
- Build partnerships with agencies, media, and digital technology providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficiency in Korean and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare or technology industry.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company¡¯s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company¡¯s main facilities, generally at the customers¡¯ or suppliers¡¯ locations.
