1.Job Purpose (1 or 2 sentences explaining why the job exists and what it needs to achieve)As an SCM junior manager, this person will be responsible for managing, execution, planning, control and monitoring our overall supply chain and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.
2.Principal Accountabilities   (the 6-8 main areas of responsibility)▪Manage, execute, plan, control and monitor the overall supply chain for semiconductor manufacturing (e.g. Foundry, Assembly, and Test house)▪Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner▪Maintain supply chain inventory and records▪Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes▪Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)▪Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth▪Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain▪Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards▪Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

These should relate to the Principal Accountabilities.)Understanding overall supply chain strategySkill for understanding supply chain processes and good knowledge of relevant softwareWill and action to break down the repetitive or routine tasks
4.Qualifications  (enter formal qualifications typically necessary to do the job)▪Previous experience as a SCM expert or in a similar field for minimum 5 years▪Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes▪Relationship with some manufacturing vendors (Foundry or Package or Test)▪Working experience of relevant software (ex, ERP or MES)▪Strong communication skills▪Excellent organizational and project management skills▪Creative problem-solving▪A strategic and analytical mind
