This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, inventory management, production scheduling, and capacity planning that meets customer demands while optimizing resources.

- Lead and manage the demand planning processes to accurately forecast product demand through the analysis of historical data and market trends, ensuring alignment with company targets
- Achieve consensus on operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative sales and operations planning process with merchandising and finance teams
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize excess stock, in coordination with logistics teams
- Identify inefficiencies within the supply chain and develop improvement strategies to reduce costs, streamline processes, and enhance the speed and reliability of the supply chain
- Plan and organize new product launches and end-of-life product strategies to align supply chain initiatives with relevant teams
- Anticipate and assess the impacts of unexpected events on demand and sales within the planning horizon
- Oversee the allocation of omnichannel inventory rebalancing between boutiques and e-commerce channels
- Monitor key performance metrics such as inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and service levels, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업
직무기술: Supply Chain, Supply Chain Planning Manager

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration or a related majors

- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3-4 years at supervisory level in supply chain field

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paces environment with a strong attention to details

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

- Demonstrated ability to drive supply chain optimization initiatives

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Retail and luxury fashion experience is preferred

- Fluent in English and Korean
