[´ã´ç¾÷¹«]

This position is responsible of sales planning and forecast and optimizing sales and stock coverage in our boutiques and in the market.

- Manage the assortment with Merchandising team
- Analyze boutiques performance to ensure right stock allocation in the point of sales on strategic categories
- Optimize stock level in boutiques and on buffer to minimize left-over inventory and stock-out
- Initiate stock rebalance across different point of sales to optimize Sell Thru
- Follow-up of client specific orders
- Plan demand & supply for point of sales
- Develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast accuracy
- Forecast and reorder permanent styles with buyers
- Liaise with sales budget and global stock equation
- Validate with top management and Central team in Paris and against Open to Buy budget
- Collection launch and events
- Liaise with Paris for new collection launch (date, event, distribution strategy)
- Plan the stock building for event and new boutique opening

- Bachelor¡¯s degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration or a related majors

- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain / Merchandising or other related discipline

- Retail and luxury fashion experience is preferred

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paces environment with a strong attention to details

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

- Excellent at Excel, knowledge in VBA and/or TXT will be a valuable advantage

- Fluent in English and Korean

- Occasional travel required
