Consumer Engagement Team Manager

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

¡Ü Omni-channel Consumer Engagement Strategy:

Build and implement omnichannel strategies to engage consumers with Luxe brands across online and offline touchpoints.

Ensure and improve consumer engagement at all consumer touch points, both online/digital and offline channels, with a holistic omni-channel view and strategy.

- Approach consumer engagement with integrated & holistic view of all consumer engagement touch points for Media, CRM, Performance KPIs.

- Adopt global consumer journey strategy to local. Lead & arbitrate transversal / cross-functional projects.

¡Ü Media & A&I

Build Division Media strategy based on global media division guidelines. 

- Build the strategic frame of investment including Media, A&I, Content, and Lifecycle marketing.

- Manage global dashboard for media or A&I and deliver insights to influence by-brand or division media & A&I strategy and activation.

- Collaborate and provide the division input to multi-division CDMO team for collaborative topics including agency negotiation terms.

- Manage Division A&I strategy and key luxe profiles for A&I.

- Manage and align across brands multi-brands A&I activations.

¡Ü CRM 

- Build the division CRM strategy for CLTV improvement. 

- Frame and drive consumer retention and loyalty strategy and activation programs.

- Work on data acquisition at omni channels and build omni-CRM strategy & consumer insights across channels.

¡Ü Data Analysis & Insights:

Prioritize & track omnichannel KPIs defined by global.

- Benchmark brand teams on their measure performance.

- Frame and guide the division strategy of digital and media with data-driven results analysis and insights.

- Contribute to data-driven retail strategies with analysis and insights from retail performance KPIs for service, stores, and BAs.

¡Ü Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other CMO function teams including Online Shopper Excellence and Retail Shopper Experience teams, to drive seamless consumer journey and consistent consumer experiences across all consumer touch points.

- Collaborate with BUs(brand teams) to work on multi-brands consumer engagement projects and to support small-brands activation.

- Ensure alignment with Brand and Global / Multi-Div counterparts to optimize activation strategies across brands and channels.

- Collaborate with Multi-division CDMO team and CMI team for Luxe voice & roles on company projects, reports, etc.


WHO YOU ARE:

Education: University graduate

- Years of experience: +12 years (Sr. Manager to Director level)

- Experiences: at least 5 years¡¯ experience in the cosmetic industry, preferred in selective market (Luxe division), Marketing, CRM, Communications, E-commerce, Digital related jobs

- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English

- Other Skills: Marketing & Digital expertise, Entrepreneurship to start a new team and build work process, Strategic thinking & vision, Communication & presentation skills, Adaptability & Flexibility, Collaboration & teamwork
