RGM Manager

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
¡Ü RGM Strategy & Execution:
- Drive local RGM strategy and priority initiatives in line with Zone guidelines, including KPIs and action plans.
- Own overall revenue strategy and view of budget and spend across BUs/Brands and Accounts/Channels
- Conduct financial forecasting to provide long-term view and scenarios of revenue projections for business planning.
- Drive RGM opportunities identification for the Market in collaboration with cross-functional team (e.g., optimize promotions based on season, demand, competition, etc.)
- Develop pricing architecture and promotional guidelines and deliver data-driven pricing and promotion recommendations.
- Run and / or support other functions to run RGM analyses using RGM dashboards and fuel back learnings into business teams (e.g., leverage data to optimize pricing across categories & channels; recommend product mixes to maximize profitability, inventory, etc.)
- Track local RGM performance in value tracker & realization of guidelines using RGM dashboards. Provide regular reporting to senior management.
¡Ü Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration:
- Embed RGM and orchestrate initiatives within cross-functional teams (e.g., challenge cross-functional teams in the realization of RGM activities in their respective accountability field)
- Bring methodological support to cross functional team (Provide data-driven recommendations to guide negotiations with channels)
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue Growth Management
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education: University graduate
- Years of experience: + 8 years
- Experiences: Experiences in revenue management, pricing, sales analytics, or related field including Finance or Consulting field. Experiences in Beauty or FMCG is a Plus.
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Other Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Commercial and Financial Acumen. Strategic thinking, Negotiation Skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools. Change Management Skills.
