1. Trading and Negotiation:
• Source and sell Agro Commodities to meet company revenue and profitability targets.
• Negotiate terms of trade, including pricing, delivery, and payment conditions.
• Monitor and respond to market fluctuations to optimize trade opportunities.
2. Market Analysis:
• Conduct research on global grain supply and demand trends, including crop forecasts, geopolitical impacts, and economic conditions.
• Analyze pricing data and maintain up-to-date knowledge of global and regional market trends.
• Identify and capitalize on arbitrage opportunities in different markets.

3. Contract Management:
• Draft, review, and manage contracts in accordance with trade rules (e.g., GAFTA, FOSFA, KFA, NOFI etc).
• Ensure all terms and conditions are met during execution, including quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with execution teams to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.
4. Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, brokers, suppliers, and buyers.
• Develop and expand the client and supplier network to create long-term partnerships.
• Attend industry events and conferences to foster relationships and identify new opportunities.
5. Risk Management:
• Assess and mitigate risks related to price volatility, currency fluctuations, and supply chain disruptions.
• Utilize financial instruments (hedging, futures, options) to manage exposure and protect margins.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and external trade regulations.
6. Logistics Coordination:
• Collaborate with logistics teams to arrange transportation, storage, and shipment of grains.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any issues related to logistics or quality.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of trades, contracts, and transactions.
• Provide regular reports on trading activities, market developments, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor¡¯s degree in Agriculture, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commodity trading, preferably in grains or agricultural products.
• Strong knowledge of trade rules (GAFTA, FOSFA, KFA, NOFI) and Incoterms.
• Analytical skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions in a dynamic market.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in English an Korean(additional languages are an asset).
