[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Position Overview: The Execution Specialist in grain trading ensures the seamless execution of contracts, including logistical coordination, documentation, and communication between all parties involved. The role requires a deep understanding of trading terms, compliance regulations, and supply chain processes to ensure efficient delivery of goods while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract Management: • Review and interpret sales and purchase contracts (CIF, FOB, CNF, etc.). • Ensure all terms and conditions are adhered to during execution. • Coordinate amendments or adjustments as needed. 2. Logistics Coordination: • Monitor cargo movements and resolve any logistical issues promptly. 3. Documentation: • Prepare and verify necessary documents (e.g., BLs, certificates, invoices, LC documents). • Ensure compliance with GAFTA, FOSFA, KFA, NOFI or other relevant trading rules. • Handle customs clearance and trade compliance requirements. 4. Communication and Stakeholder Management: • Act as the main point of contact for buyers, suppliers, brokers, and internal teams. • Provide regular updates to all parties on shipment status and contract performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. 5. Dispute Resolution: • Address claims related to quality, quantity, or delivery terms. • Collaborate with legal teams or arbitration bodies to resolve disputes. 6. Market and Regulatory Awareness: • Stay updated on grain trading regulations, tariffs, and market trends. • Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies. 7. Reporting: • Track and report on contract performance and key metrics. • Maintain accurate records of all executed contracts and transactions.

• Bachelor¡¯s degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field. • Experience in grain trading or commodities execution. • Knowledge of trade rules (GAFTA, FOSFA, KFA, NOFI, etc) and Incoterms. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills in English and Korean(additional languages are an asset). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
