- With Korea as one of our core countries in APAC, it is essential the finance function are the platform for accurate, timely and appropriate deliverables to ensure compliance and facilitates growth.
- Upscaling the Korea Finance structure to drive the business and proactively collaborate with Local Leadership team. To ensure Regional and Global finance attain enterprise efficiency and visibility of business profitability.
- Take up the challenge to own a robust and high performing team of high performing finance professionals with a sustainable vision of retaining, coaching & development for a strong bench and creating forward thinking commercial mindset to facilitate rapid business development.
- Leading the FP&A function to deliver business intelligence such as Sales & Operation Plan, Business forecasts, Investment Appraisals, Ecommerce and DTC financial and non-financial KPIs, formulate strategies to increase profitability and achieve business objectives.
- Key lead to deliver ERP system implementation in Korea
- To be part of the Region¡¯s financial think tank strategizing business structure, simulating commercial outcomes, identifying critical success factors and development blockers. Setting in motion prime options to address vital areas.
- Demonstrating leadership with vibrant team dynamics. The importance of a fitting management style towards the DM culture and characteristics. Be open and progressive to team members uplifting them to be better. Championing excellence in business ethics and integrity, cross cultural effectiveness, and employee engagement

* ÃÑ°æ·Â 20~25³â / Fashion, cosmetic, retail, FMCG Industries °æ·ÂÀÚ

- A proven record of accomplishment leading Korea finance function in international retail brands.

- Experience with complex operating and financial setups, demonstrated success in evaluating risks and developing proactive strategies and planning abilities to mitigate business issues

- Knowledgeable in generally accepted finance and accounting policies, principles, and controls. Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; clear and concise in presenting complex matters to global leadership and stakeholders

- Understanding in operations of various business channels such as Direct to Consumers (Brick & Mortar and Digital) and B2B (Distributors, Franchise and Wholesalers), Industry related logistic and pricing model knowledge would be an advantage

- A leader and role model with proven track record to developed team and maximise engagement

- Prior experience in the setup of ERP would be an advantage

- Hands-on, responsible, independent, self-motivated and highly skilled in critical decision making.

- Strong people management skills, initiative to collaborate, influence and convince.

- Proficient communication skills in English and Korean; effective in business presentation skills
