- Understand the strategy of supply, production, and shipment to meet the integrated requirements in LSC
- Coach suppliers to succeed in Management of Change in timely
- Handle customer complaints and develop the improvements
- Engross in finding new improvements
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Experience/knowledge in international trading
- Basics of Supply Chain processes related to procurement, executing order fulfilment, order management, inventory etc
- Project management skills and CI mindset
- Skilled in management of service providers and suppliers
Key Competencies Required
- Speak, Read and Write in English
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical knowledge of packaging materials
