Management - Management of a team of Visual Merchandisers - Build a shared vision and develop the community of Visual Merchandising Ambassadors - Develop and deliver VM training program to the VM ambassadors, by email and in-store - Animate the community of VM ambassadors - Ensure respectful and qualitative display in stores
2. In-store Displays - Deliver VM Guidelines and ensure in-store implementation - Train and develop technical skills on VM - Regularly roll-out seasonal display in stores based on global VM Guidelines - Identify focus categories based on sales performance and priorities - Report results based on activation plans - Communicate with related teams for special in-store events - Monthly visits of the stores
3. Constructions /project for stores - Communicate with relevant dpts. about all aspects of constructions or store renovations - Provide advice and comments to project architect to meet commercial needs - Suggest modification in display concepts to improve existing store efficiency - Forecast and order visual merchandising tools for new store opening - PLV management: forecast, budget, order, delivery, stocks - Consolidate and submits ¡®Store opening-VM report (feedback)¡¯ to Group VM
4. Other duties - Support special events such seasonal press presentation, in-store customer events - Translate documents from English to Korean - Management of flower arrangements by store

- Tertiary education in Design
or a relevant discipline - Ideally the candidate should
have at least 8 years in VM and Retail environment - A strong track record of
delivering good performance - Strong design sense and
knowledge of materials is an advantage - Strong organisation and
communication skills and the ability to work closely with employees at
different levels
- Fluent in English. Ability to
understand French is an advantage
